Build a real product with AI — from idea to launch

TTS 131 is an AI-era builder training. You learn to take a project from a raw idea all the way to distribution — mastering prompting, working with AI tools, and confronting your idea with real users at every step.

Discord membership is required. Coaching does not happen over email or this website alone.

What you are training for

The deliverable is a credible path from idea to product — with evidence that you tested assumptions instead of polishing a story.

How the program is structured

Five stages: You advance by doing the work and incorporating feedback — not by skipping straight to code.

  1. Ideation

Sharpen your own original app idea and submit a structured pitch. Sakura reviews it and pushes you to make the problem, audience, and edge concrete.

  2. Research

Validate with real people before you over-build. Design outreach, run conversations, collect evidence, and narrow who the product is actually for.

  3. Development

Ship a working product using AI tools and solid engineering habits — not a slide deck or a prompt demo. Progress is tracked in your Discord dev thread.

  4. Staging

Get your live app in front of at least five people in the Trellix Shinobi Discord community. Fix what breaks, learn what confuses people, and prove the product works for real users before you chase a wider launch.

  5. Distribution

Practice reaching the right audience. The goal is not vanity metrics — it is learning how to put your work in front of people who might care.

How to enroll

Enrollment is self-serve. There is no separate application form beyond joining Discord and submitting your idea.

  1. Join Trellix Shinobi on Discord

Coaching, reviews, and milestone threads all happen in Discord. You need to be in the server before enrollment can move forward.

  2. Submit your app idea

Complete the public submission form with your Discord handle and a serious first draft of your concept. Solo founders and small teams are welcome.

  3. Work with Sakura

After submission, Sakura opens a private thread for your project. Reply there, resubmit when asked, and treat each stage as real work — not checkbox theater.

Is this for you?

TTS131 fits builders who want structured pressure to ship — and who accept blunt feedback when the idea, research, or execution is weak. It is not a passive course: Sakura will push you toward the next concrete action, and vague progress will get called out.
